Amy entered the financial services industry in 2002 and joined Consilio Wealth Advisors in 2014. As Director of People & Operations, she leads firmwide initiatives across talent, culture, and operational excellence, ensuring the team is aligned, supported, and positioned to deliver an exceptional client experience.

She oversees internal operations, team development, strategic planning, and key business initiatives that strengthen both infrastructure and impact. Amy is passionate about building high-performing teams, creating meaningful experiences, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

She holds a B.A. in History from Oregon State University and earned her CLF® designation from The American College of Financial Services.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her family, planning events, and traveling.
